Allen, Texas Home Inspections
Not every single home inspection is the same. All Texas Professional Real Estate Inspectors hold the same license, but that is where any similarities stop. Attention to detail, quality of reporting and experience are wide ranging amongst all inspectors.
Service begins with the comprehension of what the customer wants. Then, based on that comprehension, providing the resources and reliable systematic method that delivers results consistently. We deliver results by following three ideas:
Our inspectors are trained in the principles of residential construction. Besides the extensive experience that our inspectors have in protecting the interest of clients, they also have specialized training credentials.
Our inspection reports contain useful comments, detailed photo documentation of issues and locations.
Scheduling is extended – 8 AM and 8 PM, Monday through Friday. Saturday hours are 8:30 AM – 5 PM. Call and speak with Brian K. Moxley, the owner and inspector.
Be certain that you are hiring an inspector that has a lot of inspection experience and not just experience in construction. Experienced inspectors pick up on deficiencies at the time of inspection by detecting subtle signs. One issue that is missed can cause a series of deficiencies and cost a lot in repair bills later. This missed issue could even lead to the devaluation of the property.
Ask your potential inspector for a sample of one of their reports from a house that is similar in age and size to the one that you are buying. A report should be encompassing, written well and provide an account, in detail, of all present issues. The report should be able to answer many of the questions you might have about the deficiencies that were found at the time of inspection.

You are welcome to be present at the time of inspection, in fact, we encourage it. This will give you the opportunity to see the house in detail. It is very much like taking a class on the ownership of a house and its maintenance. The customer is also encouraged to ask questions. If for any reason you can't attend, be confident that we will document, in full, anything that we might uncover as well as photographing the main issues.

Home Inspections for Home Sellers
A Texas Professional Real Estate Inspector offers a Professional Home Inspection which can provide valuable information for a home seller. This can make the entire process of selling a home much easier.
A Typical Inspection Includes: but is Not Limited to:
What if the Report Shows Deficiencies?
If the home inspection turns up some issues it does not mean that you shouldn't buy the house. The report is meant to show you the condition of the home before it is purchased.
Why do I Need a Home Inspection?
The purchase of a home can be the biggest investment of a lifetime. Before making that investment you should find out as much as you can about the property you are buying and what might need to be repaired.
The home inspection also includes positive aspects of the house. It will also show what will be needed as far as continuing maintenance to keep the property in top condition. Having a professional home inspection will give you the best understanding of the house you are buying so that you can rest easy.
A home inspection can also be of value to you if you have been in your home for a long time. An inspection will identify any areas that may be deficient at the time of inspection, and can offer solutions to reduce repair costs and save money.
